• Students are responsible for keeping proof of all payments made.

• Late payment may result in suspension from classes or withholding of certificates.

Attendance and Conduct

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and practical sessions.

• Regular attendance and punctuality are mandatory to qualify for assessments or certifications.

• Respectful and disciplined behavior is required at all times.

• Misconduct, including cheating, vandalism, harassment, or substance abuse, may lead to dismissal.

Use of Facilities and Equipment

• All equipment, computers, and software provided by AlphaTech Computer Institute must be used responsibly.

• Students must not install unauthorized software or tamper with any system settings.

• Damaged or lost equipment due to negligence will be charged to the responsible student.

Course Content and Certification

• The institute reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors to improve training quality.

• Certificates will be awarded only upon successful completion of all course requirements and full fee payment.

• AlphaTech Computer Institute follows TEVET and other recognized education standards.

Intellectual Property

• All training materials, notes, videos, and software provided by the institute are the intellectual property of AlphaTech Computer Institute.

• Students are not permitted to copy, distribute, or reproduce any materials without written consent.

Website and Online Services

• Access to our website and online learning platforms must be used lawfully and for educational purposes only.
