Overview The position is essentially becoming an administrative support / virtual assistant for your client. This means you handle emails, transcription, research, data entry, some calls, and calendar scheduling. Tasks Transcription Prepare paperwork Schedule client consultations Prepare and email weekly reports Update virtual files Develop an ongoing to-do list Oversee administrative tasks Requirements Computer with good performance Windows 10 or MAC is acceptable At least 8 GB of RAM with 60 GB of free hard drive space Noise cancelling headset and high definition webcam 10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection *This is a permanent home-based / remote / home-based job. *We accept and hire candidates with no experience as virtual assistants. #J-18808-Ljbffr
