Our client, a leading company in the engineering and manufacturing industry , is seeking an Administrative Assistant  to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the engineering support team supporting a prominent aerospace client. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and technical proficiency, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Engineering Department

Location: Trenton, OH

Pay Range:  Based upon experience

Shift: 1st shift, in office (Remote or Hybrid schedules are not available)

What's the Job?

• Provide essential administrative and operational support to the engineering team.
• Prepare, format, and maintain engineering reports, presentations, and documents.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Excel spreadsheets , including creating and managing advanced Excel Macros to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Create accurate reports and dashboards for engineering leadership.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and documentation to ensure deadlines are met.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating and troubleshooting Excel Macros.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
