Aimbridge Corporate - Project Specialist Transitions-Operations Address 5301 Headquarters Drive, Plano, TX, 75024 Job Description The Project Specialist collaborates with Transition Leads, department leads, and other stakeholders to assist in managing Transition Projects. This role involves tracking project status, ensuring timely progress, and working with functional business areas to meet project objectives, milestones, and deliverables aligned with strategic goals. The Project Specialist makes independent follow-up decisions, communicates effectively within their groups, and supports project management activities such as planning, scheduling, budget tracking, and risk assessments related to process improvement, business optimization, and automation. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of experience in basic project management Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) Good judgment, initiative, and decision-making skills Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills across all levels Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, with excellent relationship-building and consulting skills JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Learn and utilize departmental technical tools and resources Manage and execute multiple projects through their lifecycle Understand business needs and support transition initiatives Assist in project coordination, operational tasks, and continuous improvement efforts Maintain positive communication with owners and management to enhance satisfaction Participate in project calls and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines Track project checklists and pending items Maintain MPL status and manage Dropbox for Transition Leads Create and work within Microsoft Office documents, adapting to changing project needs Coordinate logistics for acquisitions and larger projects PROPERTY INFORMATION: At Aimbridge, hospitality is at the core of our operations.
