Job Description
The Airport Manager oversees the overall daily operations, safety, and administrative functions of the Heber City Airport. This role ensures full compliance with federal, state, and local aviation regulations while maintaining a safe, efficient, and customer‑focused environment. The Airport Manager supervises administrative and operational staff and collaborates closely with the City Manager, internal departments, City Council, and community stakeholders to comply with the Airport and Master Plans.
Qualifications
Required : Bachelor's degree in aviation management, Aeronautical Science, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible airport operations management experience, including supervisory duties.
Preferred : qualifications include a pilot's license, Accredited Airport Executive (AAE) designation, Certified Member (CM) designation, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 Teams suite, Spanish and English fluency.
