Technology That Works For You Our AI-driven ABA platform streamlines documentation, supports clinical decision-making, and reduces administrative burden — so you can spend less time on paperwork and more time doing the work that matters. Compensation and Benefits $80,000–$90,000 salary (based on experience). 200 hours of accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) per year. 9 paid holidays. $500 annual CEU stipend. Paid BACB renewal fees. What You Bring Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field. Active BCBA certification. Commitment to ethical, high-quality care.
