Compensation Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $119,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company. BCBA’s become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible. Monthly Performance Bonuses: uncapped. Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: Earn for supervising RBTs pursuing Masters in ABA. Certification Bonuses: Rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Benefits 401(k) with Company Match. Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year. Research & Innovation: Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality. Your Role Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging. Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high‑quality care.
