Virtual Management Services is seeking a highly detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to support the financial operations of growing businesses. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring daily transactions, and ensuring that all accounts are properly reconciled and up to date. You will work closely with business owners and leadership teams to provide reliable financial data that supports informed decision-making. Accounts Management Expense Tracking Compliance Awareness Responsibilities Record daily financial transactions and maintain general ledgers Reconcile bank and credit card statements Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare financial reports and summaries Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Must Have Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop) QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification is a plus, but not required High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy What We're Looking For Detail-oriented and highly accurate Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information Proactive and solution-focused Committed to delivering quality work What's great about this role?
