Your Role

The Individual & Family Plans team manages the sales, distribution and performance for one of Blue Shield's largest lines of business - providing health insurance for individuals who do not get coverage from an employer sponsored health plan, Medi-Cal or Medicare. The IFP Growth Business Analysis Consultant will report to the IFP Growth & Strategy Leadership Team. In this role you will be responsible for managing the sales performance analytics to help us understand & improve our growth strategies.

Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience
  • Understanding of direct-to-consumer sales / marketing methodologies, KPIs and measurement best practices (health insurance related preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in tools supporting sales analytics and performance reporting
  • Experience deploying technologies and tools to support relevant sales process automation & analysis - such as Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce and/or SharePoint

Hybrid

This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.

Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.
