The Exercise Coach®, a high-tech health and fitness studio, is looking for a passionate and positive Full-Time Fitness Coach to join our team. You'll work with individuals or small groups (2–4 clients), providing personalized guidance, motivation, and ensuring safety and proper form using our cutting-edge, proprietary equipment. We pay for every hour worked—no commission pressure. If you have a passion for helping others improve their lives through fitness, great communication skills, and high energy, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Responsibilities of Exercise Coach/ Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor
Conduct fitness evaluations and consultations
Deliver one-on-one and small group training sessions
Educate and coach clients on exercise techniques
Monitor progress using studio technology
Provide ongoing health and fitness education
Communicate with clients and assist with scheduling
What we are looking for of Exercise Coach/ Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor
High school diploma (required)
Background in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Physical Therapy (a plus)
AED/CPR certified (or willing to certify before training)
Passion for health, fitness, and helping others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and high energy
Team player with a strong work ethic
