We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented  Chartered Flight Operation Manager to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant import of goods across international borders. Job Responsibilities

• Manage all stations operation including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and future new stations
• Prepare inbound and outbound load plans; monitor cargo terminal performance for inbound and outbound flights
• Manage staff working shift , performance, and daily work arrangements
• Maintain airline compliance with FAA and TSA requirements and establish routine safety management processes
• Coordinate with sales agents, ground handling agents, U.S. Customs, and other operational partners
• Coordinate daily operation with airline headquarters
• Other tasks assigned by senior management

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English for daily internal and external communication
• Ability to work rotating shifts and travel frequently (most flights are night operations; current network involves multi-station flight routes)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the airline industry, including airport station management and team leadership
• Strong knowledge of FAA, TSA, and CBP regulations applicable to airline operations
• Solid understanding of end-to-end airline operational workflows, including: Ground handling services, Aviation security procedures, Cargo acceptance processes, Dangerous goods handling and compliance, Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
