Answer inbound calls regarding their services (HVAC, dryer, chimney, remodeling)
Handle customer inquiries with clear English
Dispatch jobs to technicians
Log all calls and jobs into Google Sheets
Follow up with customers if needed
Basic lead intake (collect name, service needed, location)
Support other back-office tasks as needed
This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines
Strong English communication
Customer service experience (call handling)
Ability to multitask (calls + dispatch + logging)
Reliability and punctuality (coverage is critical)
Comfortable using Google Sheets
Good attitude and problem-solving skills
