ARC is looking for a Full-time Document Scanning Operator to help us continue to provide the best employment experience for employees; and, continued excellent service for our customers. This is a great opportunity to work outside the normal commute traffic.

Description:

We are seeking candidates for our vacant Second Shift DocumentScanning Operator role. The individual will complete production activities concerned with all Document Archiving Information Management Services performed at the Regional AIM Operations Center. Activities include all processes related to assuming and returning custody of customer documents, tracking and inventory control of source documents, document preparation, image acquisition, document indexing, image processing, and scanning images into appropriate systems/software. Responsible for quality control of AIM Servicesby performing the following duties:

• Review projects to determine the type of work to be done, the quantities to be produced, and the materials needed.
• Executes production activities and priorities for customer projects.
• Examine documents, materials, or products and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
• Inspects and maintains AIM equipment and supplies as required for the operation of the business to verify conformance to specifications.
• Confers with AIM Operations Management to establish production and quality control standards and procedures.
• Assists in planning production commitments or timetables for customer projects, or jobs.
• Maintains time and production records.
• Monitors, records, and reports inventory.
• Assists AIM Operations Management with meeting sales needs at customer sites, including training/education of specific employees.
• Confers with other managers to coordinate activities of individual departments and branches.
• Must have reprographic experience
• Other duties as assigned
• Hours- 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

 

 

Experience and Qualifications:

•  High School Diploma or Equivalent
•  Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and align operations and sales processes to achieve business results
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, resourcefully with minimal oversight
• Demonstrated experience in developing strong working relationships with internal and external customers
• Prior Document Scanning experience is not required but highly preferred.  We will train you in the specifics of AIM Services here.
