Experienced Order Selector - Vo-Collect Required

Job Summary:

Humano, a third-party warehouse provider, is seeking experienced Warehouse Order Selectors with VO-Collect experience to join a 7-day operation. This is a 1st shift position consisting of four (4) 10-hour shifts per week with one weekend day off. There are times we may need to work a 5th day. Associates will work across multiple temperature-controlled environments, including freezer, meat, dairy and produce wet areas. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour, with incentive pay that can increase earnings to $25.00+ per hour based on productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Perform voice-directed (VO-Collect) order selection

• Accurately pick and stack products onto pallets

• Work safely and efficiently in cold, dry, freezer, and wet warehouse environments

• Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards

• Stage completed pallets in designated areas for outbound shipping

• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures

Qualifications:

• Required experience using VO-Collect systems

• Previous warehouse order selecting experience on an electric double pallet jack

• Ability to work in varying temperature environments, including freezer conditions

• Ability to work a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule within a 7-day operation

• The ability to select cases that weigh up to 75lbs on a regular basis

• Pay & Schedule:

• Starting pay: $22.00 per hour

• Incentive-based earnings potential of $25.00+ per hour

• 1st shift schedule (exact hours to be determined)

• Four (4) 10-hour shifts per week

• One weekend day off
