Job Type: Full-time, NOT A FLYING POSITION

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Flight School Operations Scheduler to support daily flight operations. This role coordinates scheduling for students, Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs), aircraft, maintenance, and exams. The Scheduler plays a key role in keeping training efficient, on time, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule student flight lessons based on training plans, aircraft availability, and instructor schedules
• Coordinate and manage CFI schedules
• In coordination with the maintenance team, schedule aircraft maintenance and inspections
• Assist with scheduling time building flights
• Schedule End of Course (EOC) exams with the Chief Flight Instructor
• Communicate schedule changes due to weather, aircraft availability, or instructor changes
• Maintain accurate schedules and records in flight school scheduling software
• Serve as a primary point of contact for students regarding scheduling needs
• Work closely with the Chief Flight Instructor, instructors, maintenance, and administrative staff

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Basic computer skills and experience with scheduling software
• Aviation or flight school experience
• Familiarity with Part 61 or Part 141 operations
