General Maintenance Level $ 1 Stone Solutions

Full Time : Monday - Friday (7AM-4PM) 40 Hours a week

Hourly Rate: $17- - $20 Based on Experience

Location: Haltom City, TX

Requirements:

• Management Experience 
• Driver's License 
• Facilities Maintenance
• Construction/Siding 
• You must be 18 years old.
• A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background/fingerprint check are required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Completes the District's maintenance, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work orders, as assigned.
• Collaborates closely with the Department's Leads regarding routine maintenance as well as preventive maintenance.
• Demonstrates quality customer service daily.
• Is committed to working safely at all times.
• May collaborate with the Department's Regulatory Compliance Supervisor regarding environmental or other regulated concerns along with routine mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues.
• May be assigned 1-2 helpers by the Department Lead to assist with completing work order assignments.
• Used iPad and Zendesk work order system to communicate and process work orders to completion
• Gathers materials and tools necessary to complete work orders.

General Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Uses department's work order system to manage productivity and efficiency of facility repairs and daily operations. Tracks work orders and insures that the work is completed in a timely manner.
• May assist in ordering house supplies, equipment and materials. Insures products are safe to use and a proper inventory is maintained.
• Accepts other responsibilities as assigned.
• Attends all required meetings.
• Works on special projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical Conditions

Location of job may be in the office, shop, warehouse, vehicle, outdoors, on roofs, in crawl spaces, above ceilings and below floors. Sits, stands, walks, bends, and twists on a daily basis. Kneels, crouches, squats, climbs and lifts several times per week. Lifts up to 50 pounds and frequently lifts up to 35 pounds.

Minimum Education, Experience and Certification

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver License required.
• 3 plus years of construction or maintenance experience required
• Trade license as applicable
• Certifications as applicable
• Experience with public schools districts or colleges/universities preferred.
• Bilingual communication is advantageous.
