What You'll Do:

• Prepare for daily assignments by gathering equipment such as gas cans, mowers, trimmers, and more.
• Perform grounds maintenance including mulching, mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, and litter removal.
• Operate hand, fuel, and electric-powered equipment like mowers, tractors, chain saws, and blowers.
• Maintain park features such as sidewalks, driveways, planters, playgrounds, fountains, and more.
• Plant flowers and apply mulch as needed.
• Conduct inspections and perform basic care for vehicles and equipment.
• Assist with repairs and general maintenance involving plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Provide support for park facility construction and renovation based on skill level.
• Comply with all safety standards and ensure a safe work environment.

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience or training in groundskeeping, landscaping, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial mowers, tractors, and landscaping equipment preferred.
• Basic understanding of maintenance and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and follow operations manuals.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; bilingual a plus.

Hours & Schedule Seasonal, non-exempt position from mid-March through November. Hours are typically 6:30 a.m.3:30 p.m., with possible weekend, holiday, or extended hours. Schedule may be set or flexible based on availability.
