No experience? We provide paid training and teach you everything you need to know.

Pay Structure

Paid Training:

$15.00 per hour for a minimum of 3 days

Cleaning Partner Pay Progression

• $17.00/hr
• $17.50/hr after 30 days
• $18.00/hr after 60 days
• $19.00/hr after 90 days

Team Lead Pay Progression

• $19.00/hr
• $19.50/hr after 30 days
• $20.00/hr after 60 days
• $21.00/hr after 90 days

Tips and bonuses can increase your weekly pay

What You'll Do

• Clean homes using our proven Molly Maid cleaning system
• Work as part of a two-person team
• Deliver excellent service and attention to detail
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Help maintain equipment and supplies

Team Leads (drivers) will also:

• Drive the company vehicle safely
• Manage the daily route
• Ensure supplies and equipment are ready for the team

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Pass a background check
• Able to mop, vacuum, dust, and perform physical cleaning work
• Available Monday–Friday (8am–5pm)
• Valid driver's license preferred (required for Team Leads)
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
