Journeyman Electricians & Low Voltage Technicians

Hospital Construction Project – Winter Haven, FL

Pay: $28–$40+ per hour (Based on Experience)
Location: Winter Haven, FL
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians and Low Voltage Technicians to join our team for a long-term hospital construction project in Winter Haven, Florida. If you're a dependable professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and safety, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Journeyman Electricians:

• Install conduit (EMT, PVC, and rigid)
• Pull and terminate wiring
• Install panels, switchgear, lighting, and electrical equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings
• Perform work in accordance with NEC and job specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Low Voltage Technicians:

• Install and terminate CAT5e/CAT6 cable and fiber optics
• Install cable tray, J-hooks, and support systems
• Install and test low voltage systems including:
• • Data
  • Voice
  • Access Control
  • CCTV
  • Nurse Call
  • Fire Alarm (experience preferred)
• Label, test, and troubleshoot low voltage cabling
• Read and interpret low voltage drawings and specifications

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial electrical or low voltage experience
• Hospital or healthcare construction experience is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently
• OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Must have basic hand tools
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check if required
