Job Description
This role focuses on commercial plumbing work for new construction, renovation, and maintenance projects in HVAC and plumbing systems across commercial and high-rise residential buildings. You will play a key part in delivering high-quality mechanical services, coordinating manpower and materials, and supporting project goals on a large-scale fit-out project.

Work Environment
This position is based on an approximately eight-month commercial fit-out project in Baltimore. You will work on site as part of a growing team, with plans to expand from an initial group of around five tradespeople to more than twenty as the project progresses. The work environment is fast-paced and construction-focused, involving hands-on plumbing, piping, and mechanical installations in commercial and high-rise residential buildings. You will work with typical construction tools and equipment for plumbing, piping, soldering, and welding, while adhering to job site safety standards and site-specific requirements. Hours and shifts align with standard commercial construction schedules, with expectations for reliability, flexibility, and safe work practices at all times.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Upper Marlboro, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $42.00/hr.
