OUR COMPANY:
We are an established, family-owned and operated, municipal road surfacing contractor that has been in business over 50 years. Our work locations include projects throughout Wisconsin and the upper mid-west. Travel and scenery changes ensure variety to each day. We offer a steady and abundant workload of hours - including overtime and federal wage rate pay with experienced crew members.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work typically begins at 7:00 am, Monday thru Friday. Ending time varies daily depending on the job location for that day. Usually between 5:00 and 6:00 pm. All of the work is outdoors. No experience is necessary, we will train you. Equipment requires driving a pick up truck with a trailer attached. Once at the job location, we air blow/clean out the pavement cracks to receive crack sealing and road patching materials. Commercial driver’s license is a plus.
COMPENSATION:
Excellent pay. Starting wages at $16/hour and up. We have additional earning opportunities on federally funded projects that are in excess of $40/hour. Some weekly overtime as well.
