The Logistics Associate is responsible for supporting order fulfillment, inventory coordination, customer service operations, shipment processing, and event logistics. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, accurate order processing, and a high-quality customer experience.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced warehouse and event-driven environment. This role requires professionalism, accountability, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform both physical and administrative duties.
This position may require occasional schedule flexibility, including evenings or weekends, primarily during company events or peak operational periods. Travel requirements are minimal but may be required in limited circumstances to support company events.
Responsibilities
Receive, process, and fulfill customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Track all orders via the company’s delivery and order management software.
Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors of shortages, discrepancies, or potential issues.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and inventory adjustments.
Manage inbound phone calls and online customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Provide shipment quotes and coordinate outbound shipments as required.
Process returns and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse organization to maintain operational standards.
Prepare and ship equipment, merchandise, and materials for company events.
Assist with loading, unloading, transporting, and organizing event materials.
Support the setup, breakdown, and overall presentation of merchandise booths at designated events.
Perform sales duties at events, including assisting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate on-site inventory counts.
Represent the company professionally during all warehouse and event interactions.
Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities across physical tasks and computer-based systems.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Support additional operational initiatives and ad-hoc projects as needed.
High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Prior experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, retail, or customer service environments preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills.
Proficiency with database software, internet software, order processing systems, spreadsheet software, and word processing software.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and sound judgment.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage competing demands effectively.
Consistent attendance and punctuality.
Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
Ability to stand, crouch, bend, and lift objects up to 60 pounds throughout a standard workday.
Valid driver’s license required. Must be able to operate company vehicles when necessary and maintain a driving record that meets company insurance eligibility requirements.
Forklift certification is a plus.
