Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a detail‑driven Material Coordinator to support inventory accuracy, production flow, and cross‑team coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and takes a proactive approach to problem‑solving. This is a very excel heavy position.

Job Title: Material Coordinator

Location: Manchester, PA

Pay Range: $20-$24

Shift: 6:30 am – 3:00 pm

What's the Job?

• Utilize in-house computer systems to manage and update inventory records accurately.
• Establish and maintain inventory data, ensuring consistency and accuracy for physical counts and monetary valuation.
• Maintain kanban and min/max inventory systems based on customer requests and production needs.
• Process requisitions and generate reports to support purchasing and production planning.
• Assist with Bill of Materials, Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), and inventory adjustments as required.

What's Needed?

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with databases and ERP systems.
• Ability to occasionally work extended hours as needed to meet operational demands.
