Job Details Location: Cub Foods Alexandria Reports to: Online Shopper Lead Classification: Part Time Rate of Pay: Up to $14.00 per hour, based on experience Hours: Sunday – Saturday, including varied shifts Work perks: Store discount, employee assistance programs, flexible schedule Responsibilities Make lasting connections with customers Ensure customers get the best produce, meat, and dairy products available Shop customers’ orders and deliver them to their cars (may involve heavy lifting up to 50lbs) Help maintain a clean and safe store Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department Be a member of a dedicated team that enjoys their job, arrives promptly for shifts, and works as scheduled Qualifications Friendly and outgoing, promoting customer service for the entire team Knowledgeable about timelines, coordinating, and enjoys technology Motivated to grow their career and continue learning Physical Requirements Frequent Physical: lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 20 force lbs, reaching, standing, turning; Equipment operation: scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine; Mental: judgement, decision‑making, social skills, memorization, reading, writing, math. Occasional Physical: lifting/carrying over 50 lbs, squatting, stooping/bending, walking; Equipment operation: calculator; Environmental: extended exposure to cold temperatures and wet surfaces. Approximately 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per shift for frequent tasks; less than 15% for occasional tasks.
