Hand Surgeon Opportunity in Napa/Solano, CA with Kaiser Permanente

The Permanente Medical Group is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Hand surgeon to join our collegial and well-established team in Napa Solano . Position Highlights

1. Team Composition : 16 surgeons (5 Hand, 4 Total Joint, 4 Sports, 1 Shoulder Elbow, 2 Trauma)

2. Collaborative Model : Work closely with 12 experienced Physician Assistants

3. Surgical Focus : Hand – elective and trauma

4. OR Time : 1–2 days per week

5. Call Schedule : ~1 in 16 (Level 2 and 3 community trauma)

6. Dedicated trauma room time available
