Groomer — Wags 2 Whiskers Culver City, CA | $1,200/week + production bonus | Full-Time

Wellness-first pet salon in Culver City. Real pay, real path, real protocols. Since 2009. NEW Grooming vans launching end of 2026

About the role

Groomer, you'll set the standard on the floor. You'll groom dogs in our Culver City salon, follow our protocols (we'll train you on the W2W specifics), and help mentor the rest of the grooming team as we grow.

You'll work with a small, dialed-in team. No solo island. You'll take the time to do the job right, communicate clearly with the front desk and the rest of the team, and leave every dog better than you found them.

About the pay

• $1,200/week min —
• Production bonus on top —
• 100% of your tips
• All products, tools, dryers, water systems, laundry, and bookings provided
• You bring your shears and clippers
• Full pay structure walked through at the interview —

Who we're looking for

• 3+ years professional grooming experience — dogs (cats a bonus w/extra pay)
• You care about the animal's experience, not just the finished work
• You want to understand the why behind a protocol — not just check it off
• Teachable above all else — our methods are specific and " I've always done it this way " doesn't fly here
• Comfortable mentoring and setting standards for other groomers
• Strong communicator, detail-obsessed, calm under pressure
• You see this as a career and a leadership opportunity
