Position Type: Full-time, Hourly Location: In Office; Portland, OR Wage Scale: $20.00 - $36.00 per hour Benefits: Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of paid vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Responsibilities: Assists production by performing job site visits Reviewing schedule for install readiness, material availability, and possible issues. Supports identifying prospective customers and lead generation efforts including outbound calls, emails and initial follow-up activities. Provides technical support for products and services Communicates job status, site conditions, and issues between departments including Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse and Production to support timely job completion. Interacts with customers as needed to address job-related questions, installation issues, or service concerns and supports customer satisfaction through timely resolution. Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected. Other duties maybe assigned. Requirements Associate's degree or equivalent years of experience in the construction field. Ability to read blueprints, write correspondence and routine reports, speak effectively with various groups of people. OSHA 10 & 30 certificate desirable. Ability to operate a variety of office equipment and computer programs. Valid OR Driver’s License. Regular attendance is required. Basic computer skills using iPads, Laptops, and MS Office Suite.
