• 2nd shift 2 pm to 10 pm

What will you be doing?

• Attend all regularly scheduled shifts and be available for overtime hours as needed.
• Perform all assigned duties in a timely effort with integrity and strong effort.
• Always keep assigned work areas clean and sanitary while containing and reporting all workplace safety hazard or conditions.
• Read blueprints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for the product and supplies.
• Good knowledge/understanding of Stamping process, Welding process.
• Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
• Good knowledge/understanding of use of measuring instruments (Calipers, Micrometers, Gages)
• Good knowledge/understanding of Layered process audits
• To have experience with problem solving skills.
• Assist Quality Manager with IATF audits.
• Maintain records of testing, information, and various metrics such as number of defective products per day etc.
• Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards.

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude
• Min of 1 year experience in a manufacturing/quality environment.
• High School Diploma/GED
• Good knowledge of stamping and welding processes.
• Ability to lift and pull up to 40 pounds for short periods of time.
• Ability to use hand tools and machinery such as weld grinder or saw.
