Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team in a fast-paced alcohol distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating reach trucks and warehouse equipment while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards. This role involves handling alcoholic beverage products, replenishing inventory, order pulling
Responsibilities:
Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse
Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials
Pull and replenish orders accurately using RF scanners or pick sheets
Transport pallets of alcoholic beverages to designated warehouse locations
Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes
Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures
Verify product counts and inspect products for damages or discrepancies
Support dock operations and assist with warehouse workflow as needed
Meet productivity and attendance expectations in a fast-paced environment
Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of recent reach truck/forklift experience preferred
Previous warehouse or distribution experience required
Experience in beverage, alcohol, food distribution, or high-volume warehouse environments is a plus
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures and fast-paced conditions

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
