Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Alpharetta, GA for a Residential Pool and Landscape Designer/Sales role. The designer will be responsible for creating and executing residential pool and landscape designs, developing planting plans, and overseeing hardscape elements to deliver innovative and client-focused outdoor solutions. The role involves collaboration with clients, project planning, and ensuring designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Salary Expectations

Based upon experience, this position pays a competitive salary and includes an accelerated commission structure in addition to the salary. Salary ranging up to 100k PLUS commission.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Landscape Design and Landscape Architecture approaches
  • Experience with creating and implementing Hardscape designs
  • Knowledge of Landscaping and Planting Plans
  • Strong communication, project management, and client engagement skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work on-site in Buford, GA
  • Degree in Landscape Architecture, Design, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience using design software and tools for visualization and planning
