Restaurant server Part-Time Server – Crave & Grand Central Bistro (The Marquardt) Location: Watertown, WI Job Type: Part-Time (Evenings & Weekends) Pay: From $17.00 per hour (based on experience) We are seeking a skilled and personable Restaurant Server to join our team at Crave and Grand Central Bistro, located within The Marquardt community. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys building connections and providing excellent service in a welcoming, resident-focused environment. As a Server, you will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for residents, guests, and staff by delivering friendly, efficient, and attentive service. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and provide attentive table service Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions clearly Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders Deliver food and beverages in a timely, professional manner Maintain clean, organized, and properly set dining areas Process payments and operate the POS system Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members Address guest concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude Qualifications 1 year of restaurant serving experience (required) Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system Ability to remain calm and friendly in a fast-paced environment Attention to cleanliness, food safety, and presentation standards Must be 18 years of age or older Watertown Bartender License required or ability to obtain shortly after hire Why Join Us?
