Job Posting: Revenue Manager Pay Rate: $48.61/hr Location: San Diego, CA 92130 (On-site Mon–Thu | Remote Fri) Position Overview We’re seeking a Revenue Manager to support an MMS business and play an integral part in complex revenue transactions, allocations, and accounting projects across hardware, software, professional services, and post-contract support. This role partners with Contracting, Financial Reporting, FP&A, and Professional Services, while managing a team of 2 Senior Accountants . Key Responsibilities Lead contract review to ensure compliance with GAAP (ASC 606) and internal policies Own month-end close processes (journal entry review, reconciliations, etc.) Direct and review team workload, priorities, and execution Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions Support internal/external audit requests Own multiple SOX controls and manage audit coordination Streamline and improve finance systems and processes Collaborate cross-functionally and respond to business partner inquiries Perform revenue-related balance sheet account analysis and reconciliations Partner with FP&A and project stakeholders on revenue accounting treatments Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 4–7 years of relevant experience (public accounting a plus) People leadership / team management experience Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Strong communication, analytical, and prioritization skills Preferred Qualifications CPA preferred Experience with ASC 606 / revenue recognition Experience with SAP (or similar ERP) and Blackline preferred Benefits (A-Line) Benefits available after 90 days of employment 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service Interested?
