Position: Sales & Marketing Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $60$105/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Design realistic end-to-end GTM workflows that challenge todays best models.
• Grade agent performance across sales motions marketing and revenue operations.
• Build scenarios for account research ICP targeting and outreach.
• Develop marketing scenarios including campaign builds ad copy and SEO content.
• Evaluate CRM hygiene lead routing and pipeline analytics.
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours .

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3 years in B2B sales growth or lifecycle marketing or RevOps/SalesOps.
• Working fluency in outbound strategy campaign planning and sales operations.
• Comfortable with GTM artifacts like pipeline reviews and sales playbooks.
• Clear written communication; articulate reasoning and decisions step by step.
