Managers, and senior-level positions with minimal supervision/liliProactively headhunt and poach top talent from target companies and competitors in the healthcare, SaaS, and technology sectors/liliIdentify and map target organizations to build strategic talent pipelines/liliSource, screen, interview, and close candidates using creative recruiting strategies across multiple channels/liliBuild and maintain a robust, qualified pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs/liliPartner directly with hiring managers and leadership to understand requirements and deliver quality candidates quickly/liliManage the full candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding/liliLeverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent/liliDrive the hiring process forward with urgency while maintaining quality standards/liliConduct market intelligence on compensation trends and competitive landscape/li/ulpHR Functions (30%)/pulliLead employee onboarding and ensure seamless integration of new hires/liliManage HR administrative tasks including recruiting from target companies you know how to identify, approach, and close passive candidates from competitors/liliExceptional negotiation and persuasion skills are a must you excel at closing
