Job Type: Full-Time Only (NO C2C)
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Sap Basis administration. At least 5 years of experience with Sap Hana administration. Proven track record of leading Sap projects and managing Sap landscapes.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Sap Basis and Hana administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Experience with Sap Netweaver, Fiori, Solution Manager, and other Sap tools. Strong knowledge of database management, particularly Hana. Understanding of Sap modules such as Fi/Co, Mm, Sd, and Hr. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Aws, Azure, or Gcp for Sap deployments.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to lead and mentor junior consultants.
Certifications: Sap Basis and Hana certifications are highly desirable. Project Management Professional (Pmp) or similar certification is a plus.
