Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Social Media Manager for an on-site role based in Costa Mesa, CA. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for crafting and implementing social media strategies to enhance engagement and brand visibility. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing content calendars, optimizing social media presence, analyzing performance metrics, community management and ensuring cohesive branding across platforms. Collaboration with marketing and creative teams will also be a key part of the role to ensure alignment with larger brand objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing to drive brand visibility and user engagement
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills to develop compelling content and engage with online audiences
  • Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies aligned with branding and marketing goals
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media platforms and tools
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, with 3-5 years of solid social media experience using Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
  • Experience in the retail, luxury goods or lifestyle industry is a must

Salary Range: Base pay range is $75,000 - $80,000 per year, along with a bonus opportunity
