Job Overview

LaborMax Staffing is looking for an energetic and motivated Staffing Sales/Recruiter to join our growing South Florida team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting qualified candidates, building strong client relationships, and supporting business development efforts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is driven by results.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates for temporary and permanent staffing assignments
• Source and attract top talent through job boards, networking, referrals, and community outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify new business opportunities and assist in growing company accounts
• Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate qualifications based on client needs
• Coordinate onboarding, hiring paperwork, and employee follow-up
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and employees
• Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities and client communications
• Meet weekly recruiting, sales, and placement goals

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Haitian Creole (required)
• Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, customer service, or human resources preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business relationships
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or recruiting software
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
