Full job description We are a fast-growing specialty retail company focused on party supplies, seasonal celebrations, and event-related products. With multiple store openings planned across the Bay Area and expansion nationwide, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive strong business performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient performance Develop, implement, and continuously improve store operating procedures and standards to enhance customer satisfaction Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (foot traffic, sales revenue, average transaction value, operational efficiency) and identify opportunities to improve store performance Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of store revenue targets Manage store expenses and control operational costs to meet profitability goals Coordinate with headquarters departments (supply chain, marketing, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of inventory supply, promotions, and financial reconciliation Handle daily operational issues such as equipment malfunctions, customer complaints, and inventory discrepancies; establish and execute contingency plans Maintain strong relationships with third parties, including landlords and local partners Qualifications Associate degree or above; major in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations or related roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management position Strong customer service mindset with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to customer needs Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment Preferred Experience in specialty retail, seasonal retail (e.g., Party City, Spirit Halloween), or high-volume store environments Location: hiring for multiple locations in Northern California Why Join Us Opportunity to grow into multi-store or regional management roles Dynamic, entrepreneurial team environment Be part of a high-growth retail brand with aggressive expansion plans Compensation: $ 70,000 - $120,000 per year plus bonus Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $70,000 - $120,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
