Job Description Job Description **This is a traveling position - job locations vary across the United States** Position Details: * Travel-based role working on new construction projects * Option to meet at shop in La Crosse to ride with the crew or travel directly to job sites * Typical schedule: 45-50 hours per week * Project work expected through the winter season Compensation & Benefits: * Pay: $26-$30+ per hour (based on experience) * Paid one-way travel time * Hotel accommodations provided (private room) * $35/day per diem for days worked Responsibilities: * Perform all aspects of stick framing and general carpentry * Work as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule * Follow safety standards and job site requirements Qualifications: * Experience with stick framing and general carpentry * Willingness to travel for extended periods * Reliable transportation to meeting point or job sites * Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
