Responsibilities Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. Maintain safety of the Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines: conduct safety sweeps, follow proper forklift spotting procedures, handle and dispose of hazardous materials responsibly, adhere to Company steel standard guidelines, and report unsafe situations to Management. Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders: review orders, pull items from shelves, scan items, wrap and palletize items, ensure accuracy of orders and invoices, secure items until Members arrive, and follow up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks, communicate progress and information; determine and recommend improvement opportunities; adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback. Provide Member service: acknowledge the Member, identify their needs, assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues and concerns, and promote Company products and services. Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Education Support Live Better U is a company-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities. Programs range from high-school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.
