Voice Actor - French Speakers

$170-200/hr Remote Freelance AUDIO

About the Role

What if your voice could directly shape how AI communicates with millions of French speakers around the world? We're looking for professional French voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal content and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and human.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a commanding French voice, a professional setup, and a passion for quality audio.

What You'll Do

• Record high-quality voice samples in French based on provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, rhythm, and expressiveness
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve the quality of AI-generated French speech
• Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity, flow, and authentic delivery
• Work independently on task-based assignments at your own pace and schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar fields
• Fluent in French — native or near-native speaker with a strong command of natural spoken French
• Equipped with a high-quality microphone and a quiet, controlled recording environment
• Able to deliver clear, expressive, and engaging performances across a range of tones and styles
• Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, tone, pacing, and vocal clarity
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision

Nice to Have

• Experience with multiple French accents or regional variations — European, Canadian, African, or otherwise
• Background in broadcast, theatre, podcasting, e-learning, or commercial voice work
• Familiarity with audio editing tools or home studio production
• Prior exposure to AI tools or voice evaluation workflows
