Role Overview

Provide high-quality Castilian Spanish voice recordings to help develop natural, expressive text-to-speech systems for an internal customer-experience AI agent. Your recordings will be used only for this specific internal use case and will not be sold, licensed, or reused for another product, dataset, or purpose.

Key Responsibilities

• Record clean, high-quality audio for conversational, narrative, instructional, and other scripts.
• Deliver clear, natural, expressive speech with strong control of tone, pacing, and pronunciation.
• Maintain a consistent voice, accent, and delivery across recording sessions.
• Follow recording requirements for environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.
• Produce multiple takes with varied emotion, emphasis, and style when requested.

Qualifications

• Native Castilian or Peninsular Spanish speaker currently based in Spain.
• Demonstrated experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting.
• Ability to create consistent, expressive, clean recordings across a range of scripts.
• Professional or near-professional recording setup, including a quality microphone, quiet recording environment, and pop filter.
• Strong intonation, diction, and emotional range.
• Ability to follow scripts precisely while preserving a natural delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recording for text-to-speech, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets.
• Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper.
• Ability to perform multiple vocal styles, including conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm.

Work Terms

• Remote, hourly engagement.
• Reliable availability of 5 to 10 hours per week is required.

Compensation

$50 to $100 per hour.
