Pay $27.00 - $30.00 per hour Qualifications 40% Admin / 60% Event Execution Tripleseat experience is a plus Canva experience is a plus Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite Must be able to work occasional nights and weekends Admin Check WeddingPro and Zola daily and respond promptly to new inquiries Enter all new leads into Tripleseat Schedule tours and create tour folders Confirm tours the day prior General administrative assistance with event-related tasks (e.g., floor plans, timelines, buffet tents, checking voicemail, etc.) Send client welcome emails upon booking and thank-you emails post-event Reserve golf carts and grounds crew assistance for day‑of weddings and large events Create floor plans with the help of the Director and have them approved by the client/couple Double‑check all linen orders against the approved floor plan Event Duties Schedule all tastings 60–90 days out and create a Banquet Event Order (BEO) Serve and manage all tastings with the Sales Director, as they are also a large planning meeting Have a final meeting with all events and weddings Run rehearsals prior to the wedding Have a stand‑up with front‑of‑house (FOH) staff prior to every event and task out staff Manage front‑of‑house staff for all private events Fill in for tours, event inquiries, and/or meetings in the Sales Director's absence Oversee all aspects of private events' day‑of details and orchestration Take photos and videos of private events and submit to marketing Attend outside networking events with the Sales Director Benefits for Qualified Associates Medical Vision 401(k) Player Time Off (PTO) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) This job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions that an associate in this position may be asked to perform from time to time.
