Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Old Saybrook, CT, for a Wedding Coordinator. The Wedding Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of wedding planning and execution, ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless event experiences. Daily tasks include consulting with clients, coordinating with vendors, creating detailed timelines and event plans, and overseeing the smooth execution of wedding day logistics. The role also involves ongoing communication with clients and internal teams to meet and exceed expectations.
