AlphaTech Computer Institute — Clear, Fair & Transparent Policies
1. Admission and Enrollment
Admission is subject to space availability and course requirements.
AlphaTech reserves the right to accept or reject applications.
False or misleading information may result in termination without refund.
2. Course Registration and Attendance
Students must be registered before attending classes.
Regular attendance is required for certification.
Class schedules, instructors, and venues may change when necessary.
3. Fees and Payments
All fees must be paid as communicated at registration.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
All fees are quoted in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW).
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Registration and administrative fees are non-refundable.
Tuition fees are non-refundable once classes begin.
Withdrawals do not qualify for refunds.
5. Certification and Results
Certificates are issued upon successful completion.
Outstanding balances must be cleared before certificate release.
Misuse or alteration of certificates is prohibited.
6. Student Conduct and Discipline
- Cheating or academic dishonesty
- Harassment, bullying, or discrimination
- Damage to Institute property
- Theft or misuse of equipment
- Abusive or threatening behavior
Violations may result in suspension or expulsion without refund.
7. Use of Equipment and Facilities
Equipment is for academic use only.
Unauthorized software installation is prohibited.
Students are responsible for personal belongings.
8. Online Platforms and E-Learning
Login credentials must be kept confidential.
Account sharing is prohibited.
Access may be suspended for misuse or non-payment.
9. Intellectual Property
All training materials are the property of AlphaTech.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Student data is collected for academic and administrative purposes.
Information is handled in accordance with applicable Zambian laws.
11. Health, Safety, and Liability
Students must comply with safety regulations.
AlphaTech is not liable for loss or injury unless due to proven negligence.
12. Force Majeure
AlphaTech is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
13. Amendments
AlphaTech reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
14. Termination of Enrollment
Enrollment may be terminated for non-payment, misconduct, or breach of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
