Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A . The Hospitality Lead in Training is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the team, opening responsibilities, closing responsibility and running the shift. He/she is a people driven, results-driven, forward-thinking, with a passion for Chick-fil-A's Values.

Your Impact

• Ensure all procedures are followed always
  
• Ensure Team Member safety always
  
• Ensure Team Members meet all Chick-fil-A Standards and Team Member Handbook requirements always
  
• Support the Operations team during rush hours and for large orders
  
• Lead and oversee the coordination of the shift Front of House
  
• Oversee all guest interactions, and ensuring Chick-fil-A quality requirements are met
  

Background Profile

• 1 year of Restaurant leadership experience
  
• Must have a basic understanding of Front of House operations
  
• Hospitality experience (preferred)
  
• Passion for people and building relationships
  
• Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
