We connect qualified candidates with top employers across various industries, ensuring the right talent is matched with the right opportunity./ppAs a Skilled Trades Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and placing highly skilled individuals in positions that align with their expertise./ppCompensation (Fully remote, must be located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area):/pulli$35k/yr.+ with additional earning opportunity/liliCommission and/or Bonus structure/li/ulpLocation:/pulliDenton, TX is preferred; will consider candidates in the DFW area/liliPosition will be remote but must be able to do on-site visits to local clients when needed/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliResults-driven mindset/liliExperience in recruiting, human resources, inside sales, outbound sales or customer service is helpful/liliStrong knowledge of skilled trades professions, including but not limited to electricians, plumbers, carpenters, HVAC technicians, welders, etc. is helpful but not required/liliStrong with Microsoft Office, including Excel/liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients./liliStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously./li/ulpJob Responsibilities:/pulliUtilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and attract skilled trades professionals./liliConduct proactive candidate searches to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs./liliScreen, interview, and assess candidates to evaluate their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit./liliManage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience./liliWrite compelling job descriptions and advertisements tailored to attract skilled trades candidates./liliPost job openings on relevant job boards, forums, and industry-specific platforms./liliMonitor the performance of job postings and make necessary adjustments to maximize visibility and applicant flow./liliConduct thorough candidate assessments, including skills testing and reference checks, to ensure candidate qualifications match client requirements./liliCollaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide guidance on candidate selection./liliPresent qualified candidates to clients, facilitating interviews, and gathering feedback./li/ulpBenefits:/pulliStart in-office with a possibility for fully remote work/liliBonus Structures and/or Commission Structures/liliUncapped Bonus Opportunities/lili401k/li/ul/div
