Randstad is seeking a seasoned, results-driven HR Generalist/Recruiter to join a Cleveland, TN manufacturing team. The role drives staffing strategies, managing full-cycle recruitment for both high-volume entry-level positions and specialized skilled trades. Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment: source, screen, interview, conduct background checks, and extend offers for all positions. Dual-Track Talent Sourcing High-volume sourcing strategies for entry-level production roles. Targeted headhunting, networking, and niche job boards for highly skilled technical talent and tradespeople. Hiring Manager Collaboration: partner closely with Plant Managers, Supervisors, and Shift Leads to understand staffing needs and skill gaps. Community & Network Building: represent the company at local job fairs, trade schools, community organizations, and workforce development centers. Candidate Experience: ensure a positive, respectful, and efficient onboarding experience from contact to first day on the floor. HRIS & Applicant Tracking: maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System and ensure compliance with employment laws (EEOC, FLSA, etc.). Essential function: work in a smoke-free environment. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience with a strong preference for manufacturing or industrial environments. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent hands-on recruiting experience. Proven ability to recruit for a mix of hourly/blue-collar and technical/skilled roles. Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. Strong understanding of manufacturing shift structures, safety cultures, and local labor market trends. Key skills: Direct Sourcing, Organizational Skills, Scheduling, Adaptability, Handling Confidential Information, Problem Solving, HRMS, HRIS, Interpersonal Skills, and Sourcing. Compensation Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000 per year. Shift: First. Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM. This is a direct-hire opportunity.
