Job Description
Telecrafter Products is a specialty manufacturer and distributor of quality products to broadband operators. We are looking for a Machine Operator to add to our team.
The immediate opening is for a weekend night shift Lead Machine Operator. The hours are
6:30p – 6:30a Mon. – Thurs. initially for training. Then move to an alternating 3 night week (Fri. – Sun.) followed by a 4 night week (Thurs. – Sun.) after approximately 3 weeks. This position entails a fast paced environment, monitoring and troubleshooting the basic problems that may occur on the Assembly machines, including adjusting all machines during the 12 hour workday. Also troubleshoot the assembly of parts, mechanical and pneumatic machine operations and sensor reliability.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years experience as Lead Machine operator and Machine Maintenance. Prior automated machinery (not machine shop) experience required
Oversee a crew of 2-3 people and meet daily production goals
Must have reliable attendance with consistent work history
Detail oriented
Works well in a team environment
Must have ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and work with minimal supervision
A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
A determination to accomplish results
Non-smoker
Compensation:
$25.00/hr to start + $3.00/hr shift differential
