Results Driven: Through educating clients, repeated visits and post treatment product recommendations, our estheticians help clients discover the difference a facial and skincare ritual can make. Roles and responsibilities: Have an active Esthetics license in the appropriate state Have Esthetics liability insurance Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client's skincare goals Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas Qualifications and skills: MUST HAVE product sales experience Have recent esthetician experience with hair removal, facials, peels and microdermabrasion Be customer service oriented Maintain a strong desire to help others through healing benefits of spa services Over 500 locations open across the U.S. We have opportunities for massage therapists, estheticians, spa managers and spa associates at all stages of their careers.
